When you make a booking or contact me, I collect your name, email address, phone number, service address and any notes you provide. When you pay a deposit, payment is processed directly by PayPal — I do not store your card or PayPal account details.

I use your details to schedule and deliver your cleaning service, communicate about your booking, and improve my service. I do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Booking and contact information is stored securely in my database and retained only as long as necessary to provide my services and meet legal obligations.
