Terms of Service

1. Bookings & Deposits
Bookings made through my online calendar require a $50 deposit paid via PayPal to secure your selected date and time slot. The remaining balance is payable on the day of service. I only accept a maximum of two bookings per calendar day, Monday to Friday; weekend bookings are not available.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before your scheduled clean are eligible for a full deposit refund or transfer to a new date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may forfeit the deposit.
3. Bond-Back Guarantee
For end of lease cleans, if your property manager identifies areas that don't meet the agreed checklist, notify me within 72 hours of your clean and I will return to re-clean the flagged areas at no additional cost.
4. Access & Property Condition
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the booked time. Additional charges may apply for properties in significantly worse condition than described at time of booking.
5. Liability
The House Cleaning Guy carries public liability insurance. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
